Light ruby-red in color, this pinot noir is vivacious and elegant. The palate is light-bodied but tensile, driven by brisk acidity and fine, slightly angular tannins that give the wine a linear, stony profile. Subtle earthy tones—tea leaf, damp limestone—surface through the mid-palate, finishing dry, precise, and mouthwatering. We would suggest pairing with our fromage plate, lyonnaise salad, boudin noir, beef bourguignon, duck, and steak.
